Yes. Your image may not appear again during checkout, but once uploaded it is securely attached to your order for our review team.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Custom orders enter production after proof approval. Production and delivery timing depend on the selected product and shipping address, and tracking is sent after shipment.
What is your return policy?
Because uploaded-photo pieces are personalized, they cannot be returned for a change of mind after approval. If an item arrives damaged or there is a production issue, contact us and we will help make it right.
