OHMYCANVAS products are made to order. Custom uploaded-photo pieces are reviewed and proofed before production so the final artwork is approved before printing.

Personalized pieces cannot usually be returned for a change of mind after proof approval or production.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos so we can review and help.
Proof changes
For custom artwork, request changes before approving the proof email.
