Return and replacement guidelines

Custom uploaded-photo orders

Personalized pieces are made for your selected image and layout. After proof approval and production, they cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Damaged on arrival

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can review a replacement or resolution.

Production issue

If the item arrives with a verified production error, we will help make it right after review.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please check your shipping address before checkout. Carrier returns or address issues may require additional handling.
